Theres a new animation engine out there and its called Nemesis. In-game the animation for drinking potion doesnt seem to exist, I tried running it through console. Once I put in the correct location it worked (Through MO2) with no issues! I think i read i could make a dummy fnis plugin so xp32 will still work. FNis and nemesis conflict with each other.
